All prices are per person, per month and based on 12 equal installments.  Payments are due April 1, 2009 through March 1, 2010.

 

Scheduled showing times are Monday through Friday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 

All leases are for three semesters and the lease dates are from June 11, 2009 to May 7, 2010

 

Early "as-is" move in date is Wednesday, May 13, 2009 (with consent form signed by all room mates.

 

No subleasing for summer only.

 

$50.00 security deposit per person.

 

Offering around the clock maintenance.

Co-ed rental arrangements can be made.
